This group is for people who really love and appreciate cinema with all its different forms and expressions. We'll see only films that are in limited release. It could be a small indie American movie, a foreign drama, a documentary or an experimental animation. … It's getting to be our favorite time of the moviegoing year - Oscar films and holiday films.  There is no obligation to have dinner/drinks with us before or after the show. If you'd like to just come out and see the movie with other people, we'll welcome you, too. Let's go out to the movies!

We are a group of movie fans who like to watch foreign movies and independent films. We normally meet before or after the movie over a coffee or a meal to socialize and talk about movies. To help new members find the group, we try to: 1) meet at the same time (25 min before movie starts; 5-10 minutes later, we go in to get seats); 2) meet at an easy-to-find location;  3) sit at the same place (third or fourth center row from the back).
