PNRBoston Movie MeetUp will be happening every week or so with movies all over the Boston metro area! TC and Kim from "Subject:CINEMA" will be there and we would love to meet other movie fans from the area! We usually see most films at Showcase Revere but occasionally, especially on indies, we will hitting a variety of theatres in town - usually AMC Boston Common, Kendall Square, Coolidge Corner, Brattle Theatre or Somerville Theatre. As part of a year-long and unique Beethoven Festival based in Nyack NY, with dozens of events, we will be meeting on the first Monday of every month in 2013 at The Nyack Library. Welcome to the Gay Men's Art & Architecture Meetup home page! This meetup group is for gay men who like to share their appreciation for art, architecture, history, museums, the peforming arts, and an occasional film. We are a broad cross-section of men of all ages, with varied educational and professional experience, and we meet up at some really cool places.

People who are interested is going to hear live opera, discussing operas and/or singers, sharing dinners where the discussion is centered on the performing arts, and/or singing/performing opera (I direct such a group in Nashua, NH). This group is also interested in attending classical music concerts, plays, museums, etc, in the Greater Boston area.

Mission Statement: Over the next few years, I would like to immerse myself in the learning and understanding all types of music: classical, baroque, folk, jazz, blues, rock, country, etc., to experience the process of lyric and song writing, and to learn to play instruments from cello to kazoo (I don’t mean master, but to gain an introduction to a wide variety of instruments). Come join us!  We attend movies, live theater, opera, concerts, and other events together, without going into Boston. We may eat together (inexpensively) before or after to discuss. Possibilities include the Metropolitan Opera's live HD simulcasts in Rockport, or live theater at the Gloucester Stage Company, or movies at the Cabot Theater in Beverly.
