We welcome anyone who shares our interest in classic and contemporary films of all genres from all parts of the world: Europe, Latin America, Asia, Australia, Africa, Canada -- just not the USA. Some of us are interested in 'film' as art, but others just like a good 'movie' for entertainment. Some of us are interested in a language exercise, but we're all interested in good, clear subtitles.

We have been in existence less than a year, and are not set in our ways. We would like to go out to theaters and also have home showings. We hope some of the events will be kid-friendly. Anyone is welcome to organize an event. Organizing an event is as simple as announcing that you are going out at a time convenient to you and would enjoy company. All members can send to the mailing list, but we also need a few 'official' co-organizers who will make a *very* small commitment.
